A 7.5 mile trail run at NC's beautiful Medoc Mountain State Park. Inspired by the Dipsea Race in California, the Medoc Spring Race uses a unique head-start system that evens the field and gives all runners a chance of winning regardless of age or gender!

Bull City Running Co. is proud to continue the tradition of this fun, quirky off-road race in Hollister, NC. After a 7.5 mile trail run with staggered start times (based on age and gender), enjoy a unique selection of prizes and refreshments.
The Medoc Spring Race uses an established age-and-gender handicapping metric to stagger the start time of runners. Start times are determined based on your age and gender. By "equalizing" all runners with head starts it creates a race environment like nothing else in the area.
The most talented runners in their age group are now racing to win it all!
Registration opens on March 26, 2021 @ 8:00am EST. (2020 defferals will recieve a code to register early starting March 10th).
